cropped-kellerwilliams_prim_logo_rgb.jpg   Our local Keller Williams office in Joplin

is growing.  With over 100 agents, we have the most agent of any real estate office in Joplin.  But it looks like this is a reflection of Keller Williams as a whole.  Inman reports:

“In Q2 2016, the franchisor had a net gain of 6,073 agents — up 9.2 percent year-over-year. These agents closed 277,594 transactions, an increase of 16.1 percent from the second quarter of 2015. Moreover, the company’s $78.4 billion in sales volume represented a 19.6 percent increase from a year prior.”

As an agent I can understand why the company is growing.  It is a great place to work.

Give me a call and I can share with what it is like to be a KW agent and why you would want to work here.

I began my real estate career 8 months later in November of 2016 at Keller Williams.  We were a small office then.  I think there may have been around 30 agents. But over the years agents in Joplin realize that clearly this is a company where you want to work.  We have grown to an office of over 120 agents.  Keller Williams Realty of SWMO is the number one real estate office in the area.  Keller Williams is the number one real estate company in the country. There are some very good reason for this growth.  If you are thinking about a career in real estate, I would be happy to talk to you and tell you why this is.

There is a reason for this record growth.   Keller Williams is a company that believes in giving back.

Each year in May, there is Red Day.  This is a day set aside to focus a need in the community.  Last year in Joplin, our office worked to raise money and remodel Lafayette House, a local domestic women’s shelter.

Keller Williams also gives back to its agents through profit sharing.  This s a program  in which a percent of every market center’s profits every month is returned to agents who have contributed by bringing other productive agents to the office.

It is great to work for a company with such a great philosophy.  Does this sound like something you would like to explore?  I would be happy to talk to you about this, just give me a call.

Would You Like to Be a Realtor?

Are you thinking about a career change and would like to become a realtor?

National Association of Realtors survey of consumers determined that 86% chose a real estate firm for no other reason than because of an individual agent.  Keller Williams Realty recognizes that the agents are the reason for the business.  Their agent-centric business model is based on the belief system that the agents should be treated like partners. As stakeholders in the company, our agents:

  • Share in the profits. In 2012, Keller Williams Realty distributed over $55 million in profit share to KW associates…in a down economy!
  • Learn how to generate their own leads and run their own real estate business.  KW offers many free classes to help you learn and gain success.
  • Take home more of their commissions with our unique commission structure.
  • Are empowered to take leadership positions that impact the direction of the their office and the company. Only national real estate company that ‘opens the books’ to the agents.

***It is this unique culture, that continues to be the greatest benefit of affiliating with our company. By sharing ideas, all of our businesses go to a higher level, thus creating more profit sharing for the office and the agents. A True Win-Win!

It is no surprise that Keller Williams is the largest real estate company in America.
